What the role is
About the team

Network & Endpoint Services Team (NED)

NED oversees the network operations of CPF Board, ensuring the seamless functioning and network management. The team proactively identifies and mitigate any potential threats, ensuring uninterrupted network services. NED comprises four main sub-departments: Network Engineering, focusing on network management and connectivity; EDR, specializing in email phishing and network security monitoring etc; Endpoint Engineering, handling endpoint software management and support; and IDAM, responsible for tasks such as account creation and password vault management etc.

For this role, you would be part of the NED GenAI Project team.

What you will be working on

• Collaborate in the development and delivery of AI-driven solutions with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and natural language processing within NED.
• Liaise with IT Project Managers and Business Stakeholders to gather user requirements and understand business specific needs.
• Gain hands-on exposure to recent techniques used in Large Language Models (LLMs) such as prompting engineering, etc.
• Foster innovation within CPF Board by researching and experimenting with the latest advancements in the GenAI field.

What we are looking for
• Proficiency in Programming
o Proficiency in general purpose programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
o Basic proficiency in one of the frontend or backend frameworks, such as Vue, React, Angular, FastAPI, or similar.
o Familiarity with version control and containerization tools such as Git, Docker and AI/ML Frameworks (e.g. Langchain) is a plus.
• Motivated and Self-Directed: Highly motivated individuals with the ability to be self-directed learners and display a strong sense of ownership.
• Passion in the Generative AI space: Genuine interest in exploring and applying Generative AI solutions to solve real-world problems.
• Communication and collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in teams and communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
