About the Team
Digital Services Department – Research and Data Analytics

The Digital Services Department plays a pivotal role in managing the digital platforms of CPF Board and transforming the digital experiences of CPF members.

The Research and Data Analytics (RDA) is a unit that drive the use of research and data to promote customer-centricity in digital products. As an intern with RDA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and contribute to our efforts in leveraging data to enhance the digital experiences of CPF members.

As a Digital Analytics Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Extract and analyse CPF digital data using Adobe Analytics for insights and reporting, and assist in the review of the digital data tracking ecosystem.
• Use digital data analytics and reporting capabilities to create dashboards/ reports for monitoring and reporting the progress of the Board’s metrics.
• Provide support in the implementation of the analytics tracking for digital products, including performing user testing on the analytics tracking.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

What we are looking for
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Available Full time (5 days/week)
• Currently pursuing studies in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• A strong interest in technology and data.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Power BI or other related web analytics, statistical or visualisation tools will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
