About the Team
Culture and Engagement

Our Culture and Engagement team plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction in the organisation. As a Culture and Engagement Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and contribute to our efforts in making employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to contribute to the organisation's success.

What you will be working on
As a Culture and Engagement Intern, your responsibilities will include:
* Working with the team to carry out internal engagement activities and communications in the lead up to CPFB’s 70th Anniversary celebrations in 2025.
* Creating an internal communications plan to celebrate the meaningful work done by the various departments in CPFB over the years.
* Plan, edit and write engaging content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as our intranet. You may also be required to work on the layout and design of written content. You may also be required to help produce short video clips, including filming and editing.
* Collaborating with the team to identify and engage potential staff in CPF Board to be featured in articles.
* Working with the team to plan and implement internal activities and events to build excitement among staff.
* Providing administrative support as needed.

During your internship with CPF Board, you can expect:
* Learning Opportunities: Gain valuable hands-on experience in building culture and engaging staff, and develop skills in writing, editing, design, event coordination and strategic communication planning.
* Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced supervisors who are passionate about your development.
* Exposure: You will be exposed to the inner workings of the public service sector, and understand the role of Culture and Engagement in a government agency.
* Networking: Build your network within the public service sector.

What we are looking for
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Available Full time (5 days/week)
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic graphic design skills, with good sense of aesthetics.
* Filming and video editing skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
